Making the CSS container for tiles wider

Hi,

I cannot say it enough that thsi si a great product and I thank Thomas once more for taking the time to create this and improve it.

My question, which I think is kinda obvious and apologize in advance if it is one of those "Homer" moments

BUT

I want to widen the container for the tiles. Presently it seems to be limited to three across (width set to "1") i would like to increase that to four or five.

looked at "centerWrapper" and "tileContainer" and could not locate a width value.

If anyone can help that would be great.

Re: Making the CSS container for tiles wider

Do you mean the $group_spacing in layout.php? So you can define the space between tilegroups?

Re: Making the CSS container for tiles wider

You can put as many tiles as you want in group, just set $group_spacing higher.

Re: Making the CSS container for tiles wider

It's not really clear to me what you want to change? What do you mean with container?

Re: Making the CSS container for tiles wider

if you look at this:

https://docs.google.com/file/d/0B4GbNGl … sp=sharing

it is basically 5 blocks across (the wide one counts as two)

then you look at this:

https://docs.google.com/file/d/0B4GbNGl … sp=sharing

it seems I can only have a max width of three blocks, I would like to widen this so it can fit five.

Thanks for taking the time to read this

cheers!

Re: Making the CSS container for tiles wider

just a thought but it looks like your trying to edit the default theme double check that your numbering your groups right I was a little confused at first and I had almost the same problem when I started and I was trying to edit "group"=>3, when in fact that default group was "group"=>2, (default does not have a group 3)
