IIS 7.0 Issue. How To Tell Version?

When ever i use IIS 7.0 which unfortunately my hosting company uses does not seem to work.  I going to try it on a Linux server but with IIS 7.0 it flags these errors:

Warning: fopen(cache/latestedit.txt) [function.fopen]: failed to open stream: Permission denied in D:\Hosting\11489149\html\win8\inc\compress.php on line 22

Warning: fwrite() expects parameter 1 to be resource, boolean given in D:\Hosting\11489149\html\win8\inc\compress.php on line 23

Warning: fopen(cache/compressed.css) [function.fopen]: failed to open stream: Permission denied in D:\Hosting\11489149\html\win8\inc\compress.php on line 102
Can't flush cache of css files

Also how do I know if I am still using V3? Is it easy to upgrade to v4.a4?

Re: IIS 7.0 Issue. How To Tell Version?

Hi,

you can find out the versoin in index.php.

An Update from 3 to 4 is not easily done. You need to start over literally from scratch.

Regarding your IIS7 question i can't help, since i'm on apache.
