Exact color of title

What is the exact color of the title? I wanted to add a beta superscript and the beta word was in black. This is my code

<h1><a href=""><?php echo $siteName?></a>BETA</h1>

$siteName comes in white. but superscript is in black. What's the exact color of the title? I know I can say style = color:#FFF but I wanted the exact code. Couldn't find in the CSS (my CSS knowhow is bad)

Re: Exact color of title

Option1. Considering that you want the sup tag outside the a tag. Add in theme.css this:

#header h1 sup{/*superscript in header */
	color:#FFF;
	font-size:46px;
	text-decoration:none;
}

In this option1 css code you can change or add anything you want, it will only affect the superscript

Option2. The code for the title header is in same file theme.css

#header h1 a{/*the big header text */
	color:#FFF;
	font-size:46px;
	text-decoration:none;
}

, so, to use only the code in option2, you'll need to add your sup tag inside the a tag, like this:

<h1><a href=""><?php echo $siteName?>BETA</a></h1>

Good advice is often confusing, but example is always clear.

Re: Exact color of title

What Emil says is right. The color is set for the a tag in the h1, not for the full h1 tag.
