Am I able to add 'id' property to a tile?

Hi there!
I need to address to one of the tile by its id property. I did not find any arguments to specify id to a specific tile.
In the same time I checked the code of resulting page and noted that tiles have no id at all.

Thanks!

Roman

Re: Am I able to add 'id' property to a tile?

Hello,

defining a unique id for a tile is not possible. Some tiles use an id for updating content (for example slideshow tile/ scroll tile etc).

Isn't it possible to use a class instead of ID?

Hi, Thomas. Some APIs use only id to address a container. But I just come to an idea: I can embed a div with needed id inside a tile. It will solve my problem

Let me post a report. I placed <div id="my_container_id"> container inside needed tile and made it 300x300 pixels (size of 2x2 tile). It solved my probem for 100% percent
